The weekend is almost here and WOW the weather forecast.

For those camping this weekend there is group camping set up at the north area of the lower chalet. So you don’t need to book a spot or pay for camping in this area but the Park will be ensuring you have the Entry Permit.

The agenda for Saturday is pretty straight forward. There is a workshop on sustainable trail building starting at 8am at the lower chalet. After the workshop we will start the trail project. With the hot weather in the forecast it will be important that we take frequent breaks etc. and we do not want volunteers over-extending in the heat. Bring a hat, water bottle/hydration pack whatever you need to be outside in the heat.

Sunday morning we will be finishing the trail project and then will take some time to ride our bikes and enjoy the new trail.
