Our friends at Spoke n’Hot are hosting a Gran Fondo on August 7th.  If you are not mountain bike racing that weekend in Esterhazy, you should take your road bike out for a long spin in the Qu’Appelle Valley.  There are already 140 cyclist registered for the Gran Fondo and they are only allowing 200 so, there is no time to waste.  For more info, please visit: http://www.spokenhot.com/introduction.html
