As a result from a grant proposal submitted on behave of the SCA and the Moose Jaw Pavers, we have received $2500 towards sustainable trail development at Buffalo Pound. The money is from the National Trails Coalition and is administered provincially through the Saskatchewan Trails Coalition. This combined with the $1800 donation from the Prairie Summit Shop will give us a good start for the 2015 season. The Moose Jaw Pavers are working directly with the park to to develop the trails. Tim Wicks is continuing to serve on the Park Advisory Committee and will be the main contact between the trail users and the park.
If you would like to become more actively involved with the trails, please join the Pavers!
