Mother Nature is showing us who’s boss this week.
We can still be victorious!!
Dress for success.
Use 3 layers (moisture-wicking base, warm (fleece or wool) mid-layer, and wind/rain resistant outer layer) on your upper body.
Use 2 layers on your lower body (moving legs keep warm)
Protect your hands, feet, head and any other exposed skin.

Bring lights.

Put some air in your tires and bring something to drink.
