June 21/14 Buffalo Pound Trail Maintenance Day is still a go…

and is not going to be cancelled unless there is some really severe weather.  Tim Wicks was out cutting the grass on some of the trails yesterday and said that it is pretty muddy.  The plan may change based on weather but we are going to build and repair the bridges on Rutledge along with other trail maintenance that needs to be completed.

Please bring a charged cordless drill, sunscreen, bug spray, hat, work gloves, closed toe shoes and hand tools (shovel, tree pruner etc.).

If you tell the staff at the gate you are coming to work on the trails that day you will receive free admission to the Park.

There will be a BBQ at the end of the day but bring whatever you want for snacks throughout the day.

There will also be draws at the end of the day for some prizes that have been provided by the bike shops including: Boh’s Cycle and Sport, Western Cycle and Dutch Cycle.
