As you know the Prologue stage of the Vuelta is an indoor ride at Redgoat.  It is free to anyone doing the Vuelta.  To book this ride please email me and I would appreciate 24-48 hours notice so I could maybe arrange to have more than 1 or 2 at a time.

Monday and Wednesday at 7:00 is a good time as they are regular club ride nights and if the weather is bad it is an opportunity to get a ride in.

You do need a trainer skewer (rear axle) if you have one.
