It has been 76 days since seeing another cyclist. Sensing my imminent demise, predators have begun stalking me.
I havent started talking to myself yet, but I think I may be sending emails to myself 🙂

Above freezing temperatures followed by a deep freeze has left the TNR route an icy, treacherous adventure.
It should be a real test of your balance and agility. My favorite is the puddles that have frozen almost mid-splash.

Dress your lower body for the temperature (-13 C at ride time?) and dress your upper-body for the windchill temperature.
Cover all exposed skin.
Bring a light if you have one.
